When holding a session, please consider a yoga mat, I can always provide one if needed!
Allow yourself enough space to lay down comfortably
I will need space to setup my instruments (about 5x5 feet)
What can you expect during a session?
During a session you will receive Reiki healing, along with the use of tuning forks that promote relaxation, relieve pain and enhance circulation. There will also be the use of multiple sound instruments, including sound bowls, handpan drum, and ocean drum.
What is Reiki and how does it work?
Reiki is an ancient, gentle, hands on, energy healing therapy. This technique uses the universal energy flow to help sustain physiological orderliness, psychological equilibrium, emotional stability and spiritual connection.
How is sound healing beneficial?
Sound healing has many benefits to the mind, body and soul. With the frequencies and vibrations produced by the instruments, they help bring balance and alignment to your energy chakras. They are known to lower blood pressure, relieve stress, and create a sense of calm. The use of healing instruments go back hundreds of years and is becoming more common as a use of therapeutic medicine.
